An educational printable for thanksgiving

We are thankful for our food

This is a nice activity where children

match the prepared food with their sources

after coloring all the pictures

they can either glue it
or laminate it for them and play a matching game

over and over again :)

A turkey hat for Thanksgiving

How adorable is this little hat!

it really doesn't need much explanation
except for the back feathers
are just her handprints cut out of construction paper
Enjoy!

My little indian

Well, just as planned, we are starting our
thanksgiving decorations.
Here is a little indian hat that Jessica
had so much fun to decorate
very simple, fun and easy
Simply take a strip of white construction paper
which will make it a little sturdier than regular paper
make your little indian, color it :)
then get 4 different colors of construction paper
for the leaves, cut it, and make your little one
draw a straight line down the middle of the leaf
with a few smaller lines coming out of it
as the vains of the leaf
staple it together on the back
and they'll be wearing it so proud
of making such a fun project for themselves
Enjoy!

Oh! The Holidays! :)

Oh my! it takes to be sick,

to have a little time to blog lol

I love the Holidays!

but this year is going to be

so different for us, since I am working full time.

But hey! will make the best out of it! :)

I am trying to blog in every opportunity I have,

and since I found this adorable thanksgiving cupcakes,

I thought I'll post them here

The recipe comes from Family Fun,

Ingredients
Cupcake
Chocolate frosting
3 oval shortbread cookies (we used Keebler Sandies Right Bites Shortbread)
6 to 10 candy corn pieces
White icing
Black decorators' gel
Red fruit leather (we used strawberry Fruit by the Foot)

Instructions
Frost the cupcake, then press in a cookie head and 2 cookie wings.
Press in a row or two of candy corn tail feathers.
To make an eye, add a small dot of white icing to the head, then add a dot of black decorators' gel for a pupil.
For a beak, cut the white tip from a piece of candy corn and press it in place.
To make the wattle, cut a 1-inch square of fruit leather. Roll it into a tube and stick it in place over the beak.

Yumm!

Enjoy!
